learndirect UI

I was contracted by learndirect to design and build a user-friendly data-gathering interface based on a website design from The Workshop (who I’ve also been contracted by in the past).

I pulled together requirements from the various teams and built prototype wireframes using HTML and jQuery for discussion with stakeholders.

Then based on those wireframes, I worked up the design you can see here.

In the end, the design wasn’t implemented so what you can see hasn’t been through my usual iterative process. This was due to the project being overdue when I arrived and the company going for an older, out-of-the-box solution (which I skinned using problem-solving skills and some seriously left-field CSS!).
